We provide a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for structural integrity and finish durability. Whirlpool pumps and electronic components carry a 2-year warranty. Damage due to improper installation or external factors is excluded.

Yes. Pre-production samples are available for quality confirmation. Standard samples can be shipped within 7–10 days. Custom samples require design finalization and mold development, with a lead time of 20–30 days for first article approval.
