Project Background
NEOM is Saudi Arabia’s flagship futuristic development, redefining sustainable living in the northwest of the Kingdom. The NEOM Residential Community 9 (NRC-9) is a key residential component of this vision, designed to deliver modern, comfortable homes for residents and workers in the NEOM region. With strict standards for innovation, durability, and sustainability, the project required a reliable bathroom supplier that could meet both large-scale volume demands and the region’s rigorous technical requirements.

- Supplied 1000 complete sets of bathroom products, aligned with the project’s construction and installation timeline
- Ensured all products meet Saudi Arabia’s SASO standards, as well as NEOM’s strict quality and sustainability guidelines
- Collaborated closely with the consultant ECEC and general contractor SATCO to coordinate delivery schedules, inspections, and on-site requirements
- Implemented full quality control protocols across the entire order to ensure consistent performance and reliability for long-term use
