YIDA, in collaboration with Alshaya Enterprises, successfully secured the bid for the NHC MAD-SAFWA VILLA project in Qatif. This large-scale residential development features 1,500 villa units and marks a significant milestone for YIDA in the Saudi Arabian market.

We supplied complete sanitary ware solutions for these 1,500 villas, working closely with our partner Alshaya and the main contractor, THABAT. Our products were selected for their durability, water efficiency, and modern design suitable for premium residential living.
