Working under the main contractor Dar Wa Emaar, YIDA provided complete bathroom solutions that combine functionality, durability, and modern aesthetics — aligning with the project’s vision of high-quality residential living under Saudi Vision 2030.
Product Scope Supplied by YIDA
For all 358 villas, YIDA delivered a full range of sanitary ware products, including but not limited to:
- Washbasins (ceramic / solid surface)
- Water closets (one-piece / two-piece, dual-flush)
- Shower trays and shower columns
- Bathroom faucets & mixers (brass body, corrosion-resistant finish)
- Flush tanks and concealed cistern systems
- Accessories (soap dispensers, towel bars, mirrors where applicable)
All products were selected and tested to meet international quality standards (ASTM / EN / ISO) and SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) compliance requirements for water efficiency and safety.

Supplying 358 villas — often with multiple bathrooms per unit — required careful planning. YIDA implemented:
