This vanity wash basin unit pairs a 1200 mm sintered stone top مع two ceramic basins and a matching 1200 x 600 mm mirror cabinet. Top, basin and cabinet ship as one set, so site teams mount a single unit instead of assembling a counter, basins and carcass on site.

Vanity Wash Basin Sizes and Mounting

Overall width is 1200 mm at a 500 mm projection. The basin top is 200 mm deep and the lower shelf 80 mm, which leaves floor clearance below for cleaning. The unit is wall mounted, so you set the rim height to suit the project rather than accepting a standard floor-standing height.

Wall type decides the fixing method. Blockwork and concrete take frame fixings directly. Stud partitions need a backing board or carrier frame installed before tiling — fixing into tile and plasterboard alone will not carry the load of a stone top and two full basins.

Two Basins or One: Which Suits This Washroom

A double wash basin earns its width where two people use the room at the same time. Run that test on each room type before you specify.

• Two basins. Family homes, twin and triple hotel rooms, school washrooms.
• One basin. Compact ensuites, single-occupancy rooms, guest counter space.
• Confirm both trap centres before the wall is closed.

Twin basins need two waste connections and a wider service void than a single bowl. Flagging this at rough-in costs nothing; finding it after tiling means opening the wall.
